“A sound that can only be described by a word like delightful.”
“New listeners will no doubt become enamoured with the singer’s delightful and delicate vocals and witty wordplay.”
“What I find most intriguing about Keats Conlon is the bubbly and energetic personality that shines brightly inside her bouquet of superbly flavoured melodies. Her masterpieces are laced with complexity and tranquility that strikes a nice balance on the palate. Her arousing sounds are uniquely blended with an ancient meets futuristic feel that seeps deep into your brain. Her superb productions are a true work of instrumental genius embroidered vocally into an introspective delight.”
Conlon’s latest EP, ”Pastel Portraits”, is the culmination of Conlon's musical journey across Canada. Pulling influences from the indie underground of her hometown Windsor, Ontario, pop flavours she picked up in Toronto, and the folk soul she soaked into her skin along with that fresh ocean air on the east coast. The lyrics and melody move seamlessly between upbeat and relatable ukulele bops to soft and intimate vocal driven stories. Get ready to sing and sway along while you take in Conlon's vibrant musical portraits. Listen to the first three tracks of “Pastel Portraits” below:
